MSF Basic RiderCourse - Private (BRC-Private)

MSF Basic RiderCourse (BRC) typically consists of five hours online MSF eCourse and eleven hours on the range with other students.

If your schedule does not allow for two consecutive days or maybe a traditional structure isn't for you, the BRC can be completed in one day or customizable days through private instruction with one of our coaches.

We found that a one-day BRC is best suitable for those who are in good physical shape and have at least some motorcycle riding experience.

Our MSF Basic RiderCourse - Private (BRC-Private) is a Massachusetts Rider Education Program (MREP) approved motorcycle safety course.

Once registered, you will receive an email confirmation with step by step instructions on how to enroll in the online MSF eCourse

You must complete/pass this online MSF eCourse within 30 days prior of your riding sessions and submit a copy of your certificate to us via email before your riding sessions or bring a hard copy with you.

We cannot submit for your license without proof of completion

Tuition for BRC-Private is $895.00

Pre-requisites:
- Able to balance and ride a bicycle
- Possess either a driver's license or motorcycle learner's permit

What to expect:
- 16-hours of instruction (5 hours online MSF eCourse/11 hours riding)
- One On One Lesson
- Range exercises include low-speed maneuvers and basic skills such as shifting, accelerating, braking, cornering, U-turn, lane change
- You’ll be with the same group for the duration of your training
- You’ll receive individual RiderCoach feedback while learning to ride
- Motorcycles and helmets are provided

What to bring and what you MUST wear:
- Food/beverages for breaks and lunch - Long-sleeve shirt or jacket
- Long pants (heavy denim or riding pants recommended)
- Over-the-ankle boots (sturdy, NOT canvas)
- Eye protection (sunglasses, full-face helmet with visor is okay)
- Full-finger gloves

- No exposed skin or ripped clothing
